Promoter
The promoter is: PA Ross (Company Number: 03303602) whose registered office is at Windsor House, 6 Windsor Way, Knutsford, Cheshire, England, WA16 6JB ("the Promoter").
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.
Competition Period
The competition opens on 15th June 2026 and closes on 30th June 2026 (the "Competition Period").
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form during the Competition Period.
Entrants must provide a valid full name and email address.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize
Following the closing date, all valid entries received during the Competition Period will be reviewed by the Promoter.
The winner will be selected by the Promoter from all eligible entries received.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within a reasonable period following the closing date.
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within two (2) working days of the initial notification being sent.
If the winner fails to respond within two (2) working days, declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Any replacement winner will be subject to the same requirements and response period.
Publicity
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition if requested by the Promoter.
The Promoter may publish the winner's surname and county of residence in accordance with applicable laws and advertising regulations. Entrants may object to or limit such publication by contacting the Promoter, although the Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities upon request.
Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Where entrants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications, their personal data may also be used for those purposes.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who is suspected of fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
